Item Title
C-8 Affiliation Agreement between Florida State University and The School Board of Clay County, Florida.
Issue/Rationale
The Contractual Agreement will enable the School District of Clay County to provide opportunities for both Occupational Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy Assistants to gain hands on experience in their field of study. This is analogous to an education student completing a practicum with a teacher.
This Contractual agreement can continue for three years. There are no local educational programs which provide these programs.
Recommended Action
Approve Affiliation Agreement as submitted.
